Income Expense Tracker App is an income and expense tracker for property owners and households, published by True Organic Hub LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, where it is kept, and the choices you have.
We do not collect your location, contacts, bank or card details, device identifiers for advertising, or usage analytics. The app never connects to your bank; every amount is one you typed.
Only to run the app for you: to sign you in, store your records, show them back to you, and export them when you ask. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, or track you across other apps and websites. The app contains no analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting software.
Records are stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, in a PostgreSQL database on servers in the United States. Supabase processes the data on our behalf and may not use it for its own purposes. Data travels over encrypted connections (TLS) and is encrypted at rest by the provider.
Database rules allow each account to read and change only its own records. On your iPhone, your sign-in session is kept in the iOS Keychain, set so it stays on that device and is not copied into backups.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, that company's own privacy policy covers what it does when you sign in. We receive only what is described above.
We keep your records for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account and every record in it are deleted immediately and permanently from the live database. The provider's encrypted backups roll over within its retention window, after which no copy remains.
Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have further rights, such as to request a copy of your data, to object to processing, or to complain to a data protection authority. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in California law.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how your data is used, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
