These terms are an agreement between you and True Organic Hub LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the Income Expense Tracker App (the "app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement governs.
The app is a record-keeping tool. It stores the income and expense entries you type in and adds them up. It is not tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and we are not your accountant or adviser. Category names such as "Mortgage Interest" or "Property Tax" are labels to help you organize your own records; they do not mean an expense is deductible or that a report is suitable for filing. Check anything you rely on for taxes or other decisions with a qualified professional.
Every total, profit-and-loss figure, savings rate, and export comes from the data you entered. You are responsible for that data being accurate and complete, and for reviewing any figure before you rely on it.
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Use the app only for lawful purposes, and do not try to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export them or delete your account at any time from Settings.
Keep your own copy of anything important. Export your data regularly; we are not responsible for data lost through deleted entries, deleted accounts, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may change, suspend, or stop the app or any feature. If we plan to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not promise the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, tax penalties, or interest, arising from your use of the app or reliance on anything it shows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the app will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, please email us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Nothing here removes consumer protections you have under the laws of where you live.
If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above, and for material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect. Using the app after that means you accept the new terms.
