Common questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, tap the profile button at the top right of any tab to open Settings, and tap Delete account at the bottom. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. This permanently removes your account and every property, expense, income record, and custom category you created. It cannot be undone, so export your data first if you want to keep a copy. No longer have the app? See how to delete your account without it.

How do I export my records?

Open Settings and tap Export data. The app produces a CSV of your records and opens the share sheet, so you can email it, save it to Files, or send it to your accountant.

A bill covers a different year than when I paid it. What do I do?

When adding an expense, fill in the optional period start and end dates. The app records both when the money moved and the span the bill covers, so a school tax bill paid in September for the following year lands in the right place in your reports.

I sold a property. Will I lose its history?

No. Archive the property instead of deleting it — the records stay intact, and the property stops appearing in your active lists.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and we'll email you a code. Enter the code and a new password in the app. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that button instead; there is no separate password. For your security, support cannot reset a password or sign you in by email.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. The app contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, and no trackers.

Is this tax advice?

No. The app keeps your records and adds them up. Category names are labels for organizing, not tax rulings. Check anything you file with a tax professional.
